COURSE DESCRIPTION
This evidence-informed course equips physical therapists with practical strategies to enhance patient engagement, improve adherence, and achieve better outcomes. Grounded in current research, the course explores motivational interviewing, coaching philosophies, and contextualized exercise prescription tailored to real-world clinical settings.
A key focus is the integration of hands-on and hands-off care, helping therapists adapt their approach based on patient expectations, cultural context, and clinical presentation.
